As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing complex projects from inception through delivery, ensuring they meet both technical and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and manufacturing, sales and service to drive product lifecycle, project timelines, and customer success. Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple technical projects in the semiconductor equipment domain from concept to completion
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define project specifications, timelines, and deliverables
- Establish and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively, communicating updates to stakeholders
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product management, and manufacturing teams
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project processes and methodologies
- Assure customer success with ACM Research Products
- Support customer process start-up and recipe development
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in the semiconductor industry
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies
- Excellent project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders and stomers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying solutions

Job Responsibilities
- Location: Phoenix, AZ.
- Responsible for providing quality repair and preventive maintenance services of company equipment at customer sites.
- May own or take part in installations or relocations of customer equipment and perform start-up and qualification procedures.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions.
- Determine corrective actions required and escalate for assistance and prompt resolution.
- Remain up to date on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals and other relevant materials.
- Execute project action items and other related duties as assigned.

- Able to work for prolonged periods of time, including bending, stooping, reaching, walking, sitting and standing in one location.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
